Our four roomed holiday cottage offers everything you could possibly need for a week or two away. In the bedroom there is the choice either to have a Kingsize or twin beds, and the bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped if you like to cook during your holiday ( Dishwasher,washing machine,slow cooker, George Forman grill, fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer kettle toaster). You will find a washing machine, walking sticks, umbrellas etc in the entrance hall.

The cottage is surrounded by seventeen acres of private gardens and woodland. Just outside the door is a scenic duck pond, which is full of life all year round. The woodland is privately owned, so you can enjoy a walk completely undisturbed by other walkers. This is perfect for those who wish to bring their beloved dog(s) on holiday with them. After all, you don't want them to be left out.

From Pattleton's you can easily reach many beaches by car as well as the popular seaside resort of Hastings. Also nearby is Rye, a quaint town with lots of historic interest, as well as many small villages, each with their own restaurants and pubs. For those wishing to travel a little farther, Brighton is about 40 miles West, with its baroque pavilion and fascinating shopping Laynes.
